PlayGarden Job Coach for Supported Employment Staff

The PlayGarden has been growing our supported employment for the last seven years. Supported employment allows us to hire adults with disabilities to work in our programs. Those employees are supported by a job coach who helps them to begin their careers, learn new tasks and skills, and provide on-site job training. We have partnered with many amazing community organizations, including Northwest Center, Provail, and Vadis. We have appreciated these partnerships and learned a lot from them.

In 2025 we are excited to expand upon our mission and deepen our supported employment opportunities. To do this – we want to have our own on-site, PlayGarden Job Coach who can take this work to the next level.
