This includes keeping rocks in their designated areas, not pulling out plants in the garden or potager, and remembering “your hand is a harvest basket” not over picking fruit or veggies to save more for others.
  7. The following items are not permitted during events: confetti, water balloons, play weapons, bubbles, glitter, noise makers, and pop tents.
  8. All trash and recycling must be packed out.
  9. The Load and Unload Zone must remain free of cars to ensure accessibility.

Birthdays & Other Small Events

While we do not reserve or rent the indoor or outdoor space for private events, you are welcome to have your party outdoors, on a first come first serve basis if it meets Seattle Parks guidelines. https://www.seattle.gov/parks/reserve/picnic-rentals

The PlayGarden’s mission is to provide a space for children with disabilities. If your family is able to enjoy another park or playground, we ask that you consider a different venue so that families with disabilities have the PlayGarden available.
